I’ve only started heading back to the gym in the last couple of months and even then I have only braved a couple of personal training sessions with my old boss. I’ll talk more about my training in another post but I thought I would share some of my songs on my aptly named WORKOUT PLAYLIST that help me feel a little more motivated and comfortable whilst working out. It’s always nice to be able to have a little sing song when your not gasping for breath or bop your head to the music whilst bench pressing or pushing sleds (my most hated exercise).
