Nudes Metallic and Matte Eye Cream

Primark – The Nudes Make-Up Collection

Primark Nudes Collection Title

Primark have slowly been making a name for themselves through their P.S Make-up and beauty ranges. Let me introduce the PS Nudes collection.

Recently I popped into one of the larger Primark stores in Dundalk, Ireland and was blown away by all of the products. They were offering a large variety of the new products and I couldn’t wait to see what was on offer. The range is similar to Kim Kardashian’s Beauty but at a fraction of the price, with products ranging from £1.50 upwards, a collection to keep an eye out for!

PS Nudes 28 Eye Shadow Palette Title

Retailing at £8/€10

This palette can be hard to find! It offers a range of colour from mattes to shimmer, ivories & pinks to greys & taupe’s. All the shadows are quite pigmented but for the shimmers I would suggest using a flat headed shadow brush rather than a fluffy blender brush. With the flat head it picked up a lot more product and there was a lot less fall out.

PS Nudes Matte and Metallic Eye Creams Title

Retailing at €2

Packaged beautifully in little pots, these are handbag friendly! Pot design is beautiful but please check before you buy. A lot of these were opened and though I thought the seal was still attached, when  opened there was a big finger dent and product missing. Short nails are key for these if you are using finger to apply to eyelid. The product is beautiful and the metallic shadows have a lot of sparkle to them with long lasting results. 3 shades shown above are Viva Las Velvet, Daydream and Enchanted.

Nudes 4 Shade Highlight and Contour Palette Title

Retailing at €6

With a highlight, contour and a blush shade this has become my go to contour palette! This palette contains 4 shades with smooth blendable powders that help build the perfect base. There is also a little added glow from the beautiful highlighter. These sweep on naturally, though the darkest contour is too a little to dark for my complexion. The blush and highlighter are a beautiful combination.

Retailing at €3 per Kit and €6 for the collection

For the lip kits there is a choice between metallic and matte in a variety of different nude and pink shades. It has a luxurious formula which helps enhance any look. Hidden in the base of the colour matching wands is a sponge to blend and fix! This makes these sets the perfect handbag essential! Lip Kits shown are Mesmerize (Matte Lip Kit) and Enchanted (Metallic Lip Kit)

Nudes Beauty Blenders Title

My Pefect Colour Foundation and Beauty Blenders Primark

Retailing at €2.50 for the set

Last but not least is the beauty blender set. Set in two different shapes (one with a tapered flat end and one with a rounded end). I have been using these to apply both foundation and concealer whenever required, these are great dupes for their Real Techniques counterparts.

Also featuring but not part of the Nudes Collection is the My Perfect Colour Foundations in Ivory and Porcelain. This was in addition to the PS BB Cream which I’m very excited to try.

Primark is really stepping up in the beauty and make-up game and I cannot wait to pop back to my local store and see what they have in stock. The products in my opinion are good quality, with great packaging and I love the variety of products and colours on offer.

This is a make-up range that will suit most at a steal-worthy price!

I really want to try the cream shadows, I love Primark highlighters too.
What did you think of the cream? Have you tried Charlotte tilbury honey to compare xx

    1. HayleyStewart says:

Honestly the shimmer/metallic one has been causing me a couple of issues especially with staying power and actually getting it onto your eyelid. Even with a small brush I struggle and it doesn’t spread on great. I will definitely have to invest in a Charlotte Tilbury one to compare the two. The matte shadow cream works perfectly and I felt had good lasting power as well as a good pigment and colour and spread on super easily!
